- Sunday, June 25: We'll be making Designer Smoothie Bowls with the help of wellness maven Lauren Lampert from Auka Life , and I'll be talking you through the nutrition, fitness and lifestyle strategies you can use to optimize your healthiest, happiest you.
- Sunday, July 9: We'll be making sweet (healthy) desserts and talking about sugar!
Costs: $15 per Trustees member and $25 per nonmember.
