Transitioning to solid foods is an exciting phase for families with babies.

This new phase can take up to two years and with it can bring many questions for parents.

In this workshop, Danielle Shea Tan, a functional family nutritionist for families at The Loved Child and also from Healthymamas.com, will share helpful ways to help your infant develop a positive relationship with food, which foods to introduce first, how to introduce allergens, and how to combine purees and baby led weaning.

As a group, we will cover tips and guidance to help your infants, babies, and young toddlers consume balanced diets and become lifelong lovers of food.

Loving caregivers AND their infants, babies, and toddlers are welcome to this special family event.

Plus, Boston based baby food company, Inspired Start (www.inspired-start.com), will share information and tastes of their 8 unique recipes that help families introduce common allergens.
