The Phoenix has transitioned its programming online to help maintain connection throughout the recovery community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Functional movement workouts are low-impact, slower paced classes focusing on an introduction to movement and positioning.
Classes are held at various times throughout the week and do not require any cost, equipment, or previous experience to participate.
The only requirement to sign up is 48 hours of continuous sobriety.
The Phoenix is a nonprofit organization which has inspired more than 36,000 individuals across America to redefine recovery.
