This online live interactive event is designed specifically for seniors 55+, but adults of all ages can benefit.
If you are an adult that will be watching a minor during this event, the minor is welcome to join, but this event may not be appealing to the minor.
During this event, a Classes by Ches instructor will guide you through various yoga poses to help restore flexibility, strength and balance.
This event will allow you to open up your body and is intended to help reduce stress on your joints and muscles.
This event is perfect for beginners.
Requirements: water bottle, open space and comfy clothes.
Recommendations: Soft floor or yoga mat.
