You’re invited to join HER Wellness in circle, surrounded by stars, lights, and fireflies.
Ignite your inner flames with an all levels yoga flow and guided meditation in community.
With any new moon, it is a wonderful time to ground into the present moment, gain clarity on our dreams and desires, and set them free.
Please be prepared to bring a yoga mat and/or yoga blanket, water, bug spray (just in case), and dress in layers.
