The Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education® is a process of self-improvement through sensory awareness, movement, and gentle manipulation.

People benefit from Feldenkrais® who are looking to change a limiting aspect of their current condition and move towards more freedom, ease, and comfort.

It’s based on decades of research in biomechanics, neuroscience, physics, martial arts, learning theory, and human development.

Gaga classes are predicated on a deep activation of the body and physical sensations.

The instructions are deployed to increase awareness of and further amplify sensation, and rather than turning from one prompt to another, information is layered, building into a multi-sensory, physically challenging experience.

Participants awaken numb areas, increase their awareness of habits, improve their efficiency of movement inside multilayered tasks, and are encouraged to connect to pleasure inside moments of effort.

The research of Gaga is in a continual process of evolution, and the classes vary and develop accordingly.
