Welcome in the new season with relaxation, reflection, and the rebalancing of energy.

Our evening will begin with meditation and gentle movement, before moving into a restorative practice with light massage, assisted stretching, and energy work.

Proceeds go to the Butterflihh Farm Fund – our nonprofit organization dedicated to taking care of our Therafarm animals who provide amazing services and comfort to people struggling with mental illness.
