The It’s Lifey Retreat—a deeply personal, uplifting, and rejuvenating weekend designed exclusively for widows aged 35-60, is about helping you navigate those moments when life is just, It’s Lifey, and we need to find our way forward.
This is not a yoga retreat, and there won’t be any meditation or strictly healthy eating, this is a space where you can get real and raw, cry, yell, scream – and most importantly laugh.
Where you can truly feel seen, supported, and connected with others who understand your journey.
