Ability to work together as a group, listen to directions, and willingness to be silly!

Eric McGowan is a Somerville, MA resident who has been undergoing temporary dissociative breaks from reality (also known as 'acting') for nearly 30 years.

When not teaching his students how it is okay to play pretend even as an adult, Eric is usually acting in and around Boston in a variety of projects, ranging from Shakespeare and other classics to brand new plays.

Eric has enjoyed working with companies such as Hub Theatre Co., Apollinaire Theatre Co., and Gloucester Stage Co.

Eric previously studied classes at Shakespeare & Company in Lenox, MA and Stella Adler Studio in New York City.

Eric previously taught performing arts and directed several elementary school productions in Lexington and Cambridge.
