Now in its 5th year, the Carlisle Music Festival returns to Old Home Day with three days of live music, family-friendly fun, and a lineup that truly reflects the depth of musical talent right in the community.
Featuring a wide range of genres from bluegrass and neo soul to classic rock, jazz, a cappella, and more, the festival is free and open to everyone.
This year brings several new groups alongside returning favorites, with all performers having Carlisle connections. The festival is produced by the Carlisle Cultural Council and Carlisle Old Home Day.
Friday, June 19
Old Home Day Community Performance Showcase
FRS Yard Tent | 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Kick off the weekend with an open community showcase featuring music, theater, poetry, and spoken word. Sign-up to perform is available in advance.
Saturday, June 20
Music Alongside Old Home Day

10:30 AM – Backbeat Farm Drum & Brass Band (drummer-led street band)
11:00 AM – Carlisle Community Chorus (intergenerational choral ensemble)
11:45 AM – Tedesco Duo (classical & contemporary guitar/flute duo)
12:30 PM – Kenny Selcer and Steve Gilligan (genre-defying originals & covers)
1:15 PM – Max's Fault (bluegrass)

The big day features music on two stages plus kids' activities and more.

2:10 PM – Lola Sweet (music of Woodstock & more)
3:20 PM – Five O'Clock Shadow (pop/rock a cappella)
4:45 PM – Ultrasonic Rock Orchestra (classic rock with massive vocals)
6:10 PM – Listen To This (Miles Davis-inspired funky, rock-infused jazz)

12:45 PM – You, Me & Her & That Guy (old time folk & country)
1:50 PM – Strung Together (acoustic rock)
2:55 PM – Mud Dive (original rock)
