Suitable for Teenagers and Adults. This workshop will focus on identifying plants in the field and learning fun facts about these plants. This program can also be sceduled for groups at convenient dates and times.

Accessible by MBTA, Suffolk Downs Blue Line stop. Exit on to
Bennington Street. Entrance to the park is on the left, opposite side of the street near the sign with the parks name of Belle Isle Marsh Reservation.

From the south take Rt. 93 north through the Callahan Tunnel onto Rt. 1A, take the second exit (Winthrop/Chelsea) onto Bennington Street. Continue 1.5 miles to the main entrance on the right.

From points north: I-93 south. Take a right onto exit 24B (1A North, Airport). Follow route 1A North for two miles until the very first set of lights. Take a right onto 145 Orient Heights, Winthrop. At the blinking stop light proceed straight through the Orient Heights traffic circle. At the lights take a left onto Bennington Street, continue for ½ mile entrance is on the right.
Or: I-95 south to Route 1 south. Take un-numbered exit at Route 60 rotary (large Showcase Cinemas complex on right as landmark) and follow rotary halfway around to Route 60 east. Follow straight for approx. 3 miles through two sets of lights, a rotary, another set of lights and then the large Bell Circle rotary where roadway becomes Route 1A south. Proceed into the left travel lane at or before the sign for Suffolk Downs located on the left (a large green/white sign with horse and Suffolk Downs logo). After passing Suffolk Downs proceed into the far left turning lane. At the lights take a left onto 145 Orient Heights, Winthrop. At the blinking stop light proceed straight through the Orient Heights traffic circle. At the lights take a left onto Bennington Street, continue for ½ mile entrance is on the right.
