Racers will enjoy a fully-adaptable course with scenic, forest and lake views.
There is a variation for everyone—from five years old to adulthood!
Courses are visible for spectators, and can travel through trail, pavement, and in Kingston Lake.
Also available: duathlon and aqua bike options!
The duathlon is designed for the land lovers: No Swim!
Participants will begin with a short mile run before joining the triathletes on the bike and run course.
Running not in your future?
The Aquabike is for you!
Complete the swim and bike before taking a short walk to the finish.
All events can be completed as an individual or with friends as a relay team.
Tri for the Y benefits the Annual Scholarship Fund which provides financial assistance so that anyone - regardless of ability to pay - can participate in YMCA programs, like summer camp!
There truly is a race for the whole family, so come Tri for the Y!
