Girls with Altitude (GWA) is a welcoming, supportive, and enthusiastic community of 6th-8th grade girls from the Greater Boston Area.

We strive to create a space where girls can be themselves, explore Hale’s unique natural environment, and build their potential as young leaders.

To start our spring session, we are offering free trial days on Monday March 5th and Wednesday March 7th.

Girls will participate in ice-breakers and team-building activities to get to know each other, learn how to build an outdoor cooking fire, and work together to prepare a foil-pack meal.

Hale can provide transportation from Coakley Middle School in Norwood and Thurston Middle School in Westwood.

Activities occur between 3-5 PM, and 5-6 PM is designated time for girls to get a head start on their homework.

Parents can pick up from Hale between 5:15-6 PM.
