What does a beehive look like?
Learn the answer to these questions as we visit the honeybee hives at the Garden.
Learn to identify the parts of a bee, explore a beekeeper’s tools, and investigate the process of pollination.
Explore some of the things that bees can make and build and then craft your own beeswax candles using a simple rolling technique.
Take these candles home and light them in celebration of the bees!
