Jamaica Pond parkrun is a free, weekly, timed 5k around Jamaica Pond for people of all ages. We encourage runners, walkers, and joggers of all ability levels to show up at 8:45 for a 9 AM start.

Register just once at parkrun.us/register to receive all of your finish times and volunteer credits. More than a run, parkrun is an international community wellness event that brings together people both from within your community and from around the world.

Show up to grab a new personal record, have a stroll around the beautiful Jamaica Pond, or meet amazing new people.

We organize the event year-round, so there's never a bad time to stop by! Join us afterward at Espresso Yourself on Centre Street for coffee and good conversation.
