Fall Book Sale at the Bedford Public Library

The Friends of the Bedford Library are holding a three day Fall Book Sale.

The sale begins Friday, September 16 from 1:00-5:00 and continues Saturday, September 17, from 10 to 4.

On Sunday, September 18, from 1:00 to 4:00 there will be a half price and bag sale in the fiction and children's sale rooms; items left after the Friday and Saturday sales will be available at half price or for $6/bag.

Items in the non-fiction room will be sold at half price.

The Book Sale is held rain or shine at the library located at 7 Mudge Way in Bedford, MA.
Thanks to the huge quantity of quality book donations, there will be thousands of books offered in three different rooms, all are well organized.

The meeting room houses fiction sorted into categories including science fiction, mystery, thrillers, romance, poetry, plays, classics and kids chapter books as well as DVDs, CDs, and VHS tapes; children's picture books and parenting books are in a separate room; The third room holds non-fiction books including art, cookbooks, travel, memoirs, business, history, philosophy, science, health, crafts, sports, decorating, and much more.
Mass market paperbacks are 50c, other paperbacks are $1.00, and hardcovers are $2.00.

CDs and DVDs are $1 per disk.

Some collectibles and choice gift books are specially priced.

Proceeds from book sales help underwrite library programs and services, including lecture and film series, teen and children's programming, additions to the library collection and museum passes.

The Friends of the Bedford Free Public Library is a non-profit organization that sponsors library programs and augments library services and facilities through grant requests from the Library Director.
Donations of gently used books, audio books, CDs, DVDs, games, and puzzles can be dropped off on the donation table during regular library hours prior to the sale.
