There are 6 samples during the tour, including sap, partially done syrup, fully done syrup, maple cream, maple candy and maple sugar. On some days they also add a 7th sample - maple bacon ice cream! There is no charge for the tour, although there is a donation box for those that feel compelled.
NO pressure, and NO expectations. Products will be available for sale (cash or check only), and again, NO pressure, NO expectations. The purpose is for the community to learn a bit about agriculture, and specifically maple sugaring, and to have a fun day!
