1-starPineHills with kids
We went to the breakfast with Santa, which was really, really perfect for our 2yr old. Santa sat down at our table, has a short conversation with her and we had a great pancake breakfast. Cafe Olio is cute, breakfast was simply yet tasty, price was decent, staff went above and beyond to keep things going for the event however, how they booked this event for kids and thought their one and only highchair would be sufficient was simply thoughtless and irresponsible. It was awkward waiting for a family to finish eating in order to (feel) rushed to do the same. We happened to make our appointment earlier in the day for breakfast, which meant there was literally nothing for us to really do with our 2yr old because none of the events really started until 1pm. We had intended to make an entire day out of this event but with and hour plus to burn, we ended up leaving and not returning. Oh well... If we lived close by, maybe we'd adjust our breakfast time for later but coming from the north part of South Shore- just wasn't going to happen. We ended up walking out with 2 other families in the same situation as us. For our daughter's one on one time with Santa, she loved it-she was able to really see what Santa looks like and have a cute conversation with him-I would rate that a 4, however considerting the schedule of events, no preparation for kids at the event- my rating is a 1. I wouldn't return unless changes were made.
