This Christmas Eve, as the sound of Santa’s sleigh bells echo across the twinkling winter sky, Executive Chef Farouk Bazoune of Strega Prime in Woburn, will once again serve an authentic, Italian-inspired Feast of the Seven Fishes to guests who wish to partake in the time-honored tradition of celebrating the year’s most holy night with a tantalizing, family-style seafood spread.
Perfect for couples with little time to spare and busy families hoping to preserve this long-loved gastronomic experience, Chef Bazoune’s festive menu lets guests enjoy the year’s most sacred evening in the company of friends and family.
Boasting fresh, local seafood, Chef Bazoune’s Feast of the Seven Fishes menu incorporates decadent ingredients into mouthwatering dishes like Sautéed Mussels served with spicy fra diavolo sauce and grilled bread, Lobster Tomato Vodka complemented by creamy tomato sugo and squid ink pasta, and Crispy Calamari Fritti sided by zesty homemade tomato brodo.
Presented in conjunction with the restaurant’s à la carte menu, Chef Bazoune’s special Feast of the Seven Fishes prix-fixe menu will be served as follows:
