The Swan Boats are a fleet of pontoon pleasure boats which operate in a pond in the Public Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.

The Swan Boats have been in operation since 1877, and have since become a cultural icon for the city.

Opening Day: Saturday, April 15, 2023

Summer hours: June 21 to Labor Day

10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Tickets:

Tickets are purchased at the Swan Boat dock prior to boarding the boat.

No reservations are needed.

We accept cash or credit card.

The wait for a ride is typically no more than 5-10 minutes.

The Swan Boat ride lasts about 12-15 minutes while the driver pedals you around the Public Garden lagoon.
