The Museum will be free for school-age children, 18 and under, and their guardians from Tuesday, February 21 – Friday, February 24.

As part of Black History Month, activities for visitors of all ages will be set up throughout the Museum to share the Black Experience on Cape Ann.

Make your own quilt inspired by Lanes Cove by Doris Prouty (1947-2020), learn about the history of the Gloucester Juneteenth Celebration, visit the CAM Library & Archives to hear stories of Black people on Cape Ann, and experience the history of Black mariners in the Maritime & Fisheries Galleries.
