The event begins at 5:30pm and goes until 7pm at the East India Fountain located on the Salem Pedestrian Mall on Essex Street in Salem, MA.
Details
Kids come trick-or-treating with The Good Witch of Salem at Mayor's Night Out.
Trick-or-treat up and down the pedestrian mall, through the shops at Museum Place Mall and beyond.
Costumes are encouraged.
