Opera Cat Musical Story at Watertown Library The next Powers Music School Musical Storytelling Program event will be held on Saturday, April 14, 10:00 and 11:00 a.m., at the Watertown Free Public Library, 123 Main Street.

Admission is free.

Powers faculty and staff will lead a musical performance of the popular children’s book “Opera Cat” by Tess Weaver with original music and fun singing and dancing for children.

Performers include Todd Brunel (clarinet and more), Yas Ishibashi (piano), Vanessa Schukis (vocals), and Helen Clapp Stevenson (narration).

The Musical Storytelling Program is supported in part by Belmont Savings Bank Charitable Foundation.
