Repeating every 2 weeks — Saturdays, 9:30 am

This free, bi-weekly storytime program engages kids 0 months to 3 years old by focusing on literacy, Newton's history, play, and lessons from the museums.

Each free, bi-weekly has a different theme:
1/4: Color
1/18: Diversity
2/1: WINTER
2/15: Valentines

The museum is located on Washington Street at the corner of Jackson Road.
Take exit 17 from the Mass Pike.

  • Cars and bikes may be parked in the free parking lot adjacent to the building. Additional free street parking is available on Washington Street.

  • The Jackson Homestead and Museum has one parking space for people with disabilities and an access ramp to the main entry.
