BLI offers both one-week and three-week programs. Our three-week research programs are competitive admissions, attracting high-achieving teens from all over the world.
Broken down into Medicine, Engineering, and Science, these programs offer in-depth, college-level research experience.
Programs include Electronics & Robotics, Human Genetics, Chemistry Research, and Anatomy & Surgical Research. Students learn from college professors and teachers from the top high schools in Massachusetts, and at the end of three weeks they present a research project to the class.
They'll also graduate with a certificate, helping them stand out from their peers when applying to college.
For students who aren't looking for a three-week commitment, we offer one-week programs in a variety of topics. These are open to all students performing at grade-level or above, and they're welcome to choose multiple programs and create their own combination of topics to explore.
Programs include Oncology, Anatomy, Cryptography, Physics of Space, Sports Medicine, and Architecture. Again, these are led by teachers from the top schools in the state.
Classes run from 9:00-3:30. Students are welcome to join us at day-only students or as residential students.
The programs listed above are only a few of many - check out our website to learn more!
