Empire Records Movie Night at Roadrunner (21+)
The 1995 cult classic is coming to Roadrunner for a 90s alt-rock movie night at Boston Landing.Empire Records Movie Night kicks off the 2026 Boston Landing Movie Night series on Friday, May 8, with a pre-party, DJ set, and big-screen screening of the film that turned Rex Manning Day into a holiday.
Doors open at 5:00 PM with a live DJ spinning 90s grunge and alternative rock.
A cash bar and food for purchase will be available throughout the night, along with complimentary popcorn while supplies last.
The movie screening begins at 7:00 PM.
Come dressed in your best 90s alt-rock look: think flannel, band tees, ripped denim, and combat boots.
This is a 21+ event.
General admission is free but advance registration through Eventbrite is required.
Seating is first-come, first-served.
