This year we embrace 'Joyful Resistance' in appreciating the beauty and richness of African-American culture, heritage and tradition.
All residents and visitors are welcome to celebrate 161 years since the emancipation of enslaved African Americans.
We are also proud to partner with the Hyde Community Center to seamlessly incorporate Juneteenth into the Friday Summer Concert Series with a high-energy, culturally relevant concert from 6PM to 8PM, followed by a movie under the stars.
