Specializes in river trips through the spectacular Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area located in the Pocono Mountains of Northeastern Pennsylvania. The crystal clear water and many islands and beaches offer unlimited opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, fishing, hiking and picnicking.

Choose from several different unguided trips, that vary in distance and can last from two hours to overnight multi-day camping trips. Our rates include canoes, kayaks or rafts, life jackets, paddles, shuttle transportation, river maps, trip planning, and orientation. Group rates are available.

For one day trips, you can choose from a 6 mile (2 hours paddle time), 10 miles (3.5 hour paddle time) or 16 mile (6 hour paddle time) trip. You park your car at the end point and the Adventure Sport's van drives your family to the launch point of your journey so you're paddling downstream.

See the website for details on pricing and 2 or 3-day trips.

  • My family loved this trip! We chose the 10 mile one-day trip with our 3 and 6 year old daughters. We packed a cooler of food and would pull over at any spot to swim in the slow moving water, or we'd hop out of the canoe and swim along side it or let it pull us (we wore life preservers to do this). Bring along your snorkel and mask to see fish! The water was about 73 in August, so not bad. My arms were tired at the end of the trip, but by taking this route we were able to play at a famous rock that is fun to jump off of. The scenery was beautiful and we were practically the only ones on the river, during the week.
