View 2023 event infoThrills, chills, and animals lurk around every corner on the trick-or-treat trail, while other haunted happenings include mystery animal encounters, costume contests and a scavenger hunt with prizes!
As you explore the Zoo, be sure to meet with Zoo educators to learn about creepy crawly critters, as well as about the importance of purchasing treats made with sustainable palm oil this Halloween.
Be sure to bring your own treat bags!

• Education Stations: Learn about a “Green Halloween” and the importance of purchasing treats made with sustainable palm oil.
• Animal enrichment
• Terrifyingly tasty treats, including mini cider donuts, caramel apples, and hot apple cider, are available for purchase at the Yukon Creek Cafe.
Throughout the day, guests can learn about the role enrichment plays here at the Zoo as they watch many of the animals receive pumpkins.
Learn about creepy crawly critters and the importance of purchasing treats made with sustainable palm oil and the importance of enrichment as you watch animals enjoy 'pumpkenrichment.'
Advance general admission tickets are required unless you are a Zoo member.
